Home Page Founders Ed & Val Sample have dedicated their lives to serving the elderly citizens of the world. Their vision has spread this ministry beyond the local area to several states in America. Australia also caught the vision in the year 2000 through a speaking visit by Chaplain Sample. Since then, the idea of serving the elderly in their time of need has spread like wildfire throughout the country. Even the Australian government has become involved by placing their support and approval behind this organization. This growing, vital ministry truly reflects the heart of God.

How You Can Help
Chaplain Sample and the Board of Directors of Forgotten Saints are excited by the prospects of the future. Our vision includes expanding this ministry into more areas of service to the elderly community. We hope to create a network that will link churches, social and governmental agencies, businesses and individuals in a way that will become a vital source of information and support for our elderly population. We are currently taking steps to better equip ourselves to be able to meet the physical needs of impoverished elderly people.

All our hopes and dreams will take time, prayer, manpower and funds in order to become a reality. Because of the certainty of God's word, we are assured that what we see by the eye of faith will come to pass for the benefit of mankind and the glory of God.

Statement of Faith
Forgotten Saints Ministry to the Elderly reflects Christ's outreaching love. The love of God came into this world, in Jesus Christ, in a unique way. Jesus came not to be served but to serve (Mark 10:45) and to give His life in and for the world by freely taking the nature of man (Philippians 2:7). The heart of Christian ministry is shown by a humble life of gratitude and devotion, witness and service, celebration and discipleship. All Christians are called to this ministry of servanthood in the world to the glory of God and human fulfillment. The forms of this ministry are diverse in locale, in focus, and are inter-denominational in accent; yet still always apostolic in spirit and outreach.
